Step 1: Planning
Intial Discussion (This meeting is at our expense)
Diagnostic meeting - This is where we find out what you want, we identify your life values and financial goals. We can outline some gap analysis and an overview of our strategic thoughts. If you are happy with our outlined options, then we can construct a financial plan for you and all fees are disclosed. A service agreement is signed prior to moving to the next meeting.
Strategic Meeting - This is where we present to you documented our strategic recommendations as well as your customised investment philosophy. This is your journey's roadmap. We refer to it as a 'liquid document' as it offers a great starting point, but we understand that your needs and circumstances are going to change in the future, as well as the investment, tax and legislative environment. All of these aspects will require us to review and update the strategic advice from time to time.
Step 2: Implementation
Implementation meeting - It's here where all paperwork is examined, discussed, and implemented according to your wishes.
Progress Meeting - At a 90 day interval we sit down with you and ensure implementation is progressing according to plan. At this point, your dedicated Client Service Manager is introduced to make sure all future administration queries or processing you have are handled efficiently.
Step 3: Journey
Ongoing review meetings - Depending on your needs these can be held as required, but most are either quarterly or annually. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss progress to your goals, any changes to your circumstances, review objectives, examine any taxation changes and highlighting any new opportunities that may arise.
Meetings can also be as required if surprises pop up, including over the phone, skype, or video meetings. It's all part of our service.
